Why use PGC?
All inspections done and reports prepared by Peter Glen Constructions comply with current government legislation and regulations.
Building Reports are prepared to Australian Standard AS 4349.1 - 2007 - Inspection of Buildings Part 1: Pre-Purchase Inspections - Residential Buildings - Appendix "C", unless where modified by regulation. Building Consultants are qualified, licensed if working in New South Wales, experienced and insured.
Pest Inspection Reports are prepared to Australian Standard AS 4349.3 - 1995: Property Inspections - Timber Pest Inspections. Timber Pest Technicians are qualified, experienced and insured.
Our Staff
Peter Glen BE, MEngSc, MIEAust, CPEng is the Managing Director of Peter Glen Constructions Pty. Ltd. and its Principal Building Consultant.
Peter has a Bachelor of Engineering and Master of Engineering Science degrees in structural engineering from Sydney University. He has held senior positions in both private enterprise and Government and has run Peter Glen Constructions for 15 years. He is a member of the Institution of Engineers and the Master Builders Association of the ACT.
Verna Glen is the Company Director/Secretary responsible for marketing and strategic planning.
